I have newer printer that handles iOS printing and no longer need WePrint on my Win10 pc. I ran uninstall from (IIRC) Control Panel/programs but after several reboots, still see wePrint loading on startup. Yet its no longer listed in the Program files. How do I complete removal??? Thanks

To complete the removal of WePrint from your Windows 10 PC, try the following steps:
Use the "Search" function in the Start menu to search for "Task Manager" and open it.
In the "Task Manager" window, navigate to the "Startup" tab.
Look for any entries related to WePrint and disable them by right-clicking on the entry and selecting "Disable".
Restart your computer to see if WePrint still loads on startup.
If the issue persists, you can try using a third-party uninstaller tool such as Revo Uninstaller to completely remove any remaining traces of WePrint from your system.
Note: As always, exercise caution when using third-party uninstaller tools and ensure you download them from trusted sources.
Is it possible to use WEPRINT from a Samsung smartphone (Android) and a Microsoft computer and an Epson (air print) printer? Hoping for an answer.

No, it's not possible to use WePrint on an Android based device because this is targeted for users who use iOS devices since it works in conjunction with AirPrint.
For Android, there are other applications you can use:
The first app will have an interface from where you can perform additional opertions as well, while the second one adds an option in the Share menu for a document. It sends the document to the printer and prints it.
The DLL file that you are missing is a part of the Win32 OpenSSL package. In order to restore it, you will need to download the setup package which also contains the DLL in question. Download and install the package and restart the computer then try to update the file again. WePrint uses a secure connection and the file is used to assure the secure channel between your computer and the update servers.
You have probably installed something else because there is no requirement for you to install Instagram to use WePrint. I have downloaded the server from the official website and configured it then I use my phone to send something to print and it worked. No additional configuration related to Instagram was required.
Yes, the application is compatible with 64-bit versions of XP, Vista, 7, and Windows 8. You can download it from its official website using the available direct download URL: http://mobile.eurosmartz.com/download/weprintwin.exe
If you have problems while downloading it, try to disable any proxy in your browser or avoid using a download manager.
Yes, the application needs to be installed on both devices before it can be used normally. This is something like client-server. The client is the mobile platform and the server is installed on the desktop platform.
I have installed WePrint server on my PC. Have tried to register, but not received any code, been waiting nearly 1/2 hour. Is there an app needed on my iPad/iPhone? When I try to print just get the message No Air Printers found. If so what is it called as I have looked on app store and there is no WePrint listed. My WePrint server address is 192.168.0.3 port 8081 which is running. My iPad has an address 192.168.0.5

The WePrint application allows you to print directly from the iOS and Android enabled devices. Technically, when you tap Print for an image or opened document, the WePrint acknowledges the request and prints it to the available devices. There is no need to install anything on your device as long as it has Print function enabled.

There's an old thread at Microsoft official website, hope it solves your issue.
